Primer pocket swager tool?

I have some military brass I would like to start reloading. Does anyone have a Swager tool that I could use or borrow? Like a Dillon or RCBS Bench tool. I dont have the cash to buy one right now.

Please let me know if you can and are relatively close to me

if you dont mind doing it by hand you can go to sportsmans warehouse, bass pro etc and get one between 10-20 dollars
