Specifically Cheesy Lee's (http://cheesylees.com) on rte 36 just outside the park.
Spent the last few days up in Estes doing the fishing and national park thing. Stopped by Cheesy Lee's to get some sandwiches, and spent a while BSing with the owners and workers, with lots of that chatter about guns, crime, and 2nd amendment stuff. Those guys are great, with several 2A support signs around the place. After talking to them, they're now working to get one of those "Guns Welcome" signs to put on the front door. And even better, they're trying to figure out how to do a "show your CHP and get free breadsticks" deal worked out for customers.
They're our type of folks, and the wife and I thought the sandwiches and their pizza is top notch. If you get a chance, stop by and give them some business. FYI, try the cheesecake, and ask for the special cherry topping, imported italian cherries marinated in brandy.
