I am sure this is no surprise in Detroit but the guy is saying what they are doing is not illegal? I don't know their laws but I am sure if you are on your porch with a gun pointing it at someone you probably aren't doing anything Legal.

Truth hurts... that's how Detroit is- I served with some guys from the Motor City and they all said it's a shithole filled with these types of people. Somethings you just can't fix with any amount of duct tape. [Shake]
