Islamabad, Pakistan (CNN) -- A Pakistan government minister has personally offered a $100,000 reward for anyone who kills the man who made the anti-Islam movie that is drawing ire throughout the Muslim world.
Railway Minister Ghulam Ahmad Bilour announced the bounty at a news conference Saturday, but he made clear to CNN he was speaking for himself and not as a government representative.
Asked whether he was concerned about committing or condoning a crime as a government official, Bilour said, "I am a Muslim first, then a government representative."

The paki to China is like Israel to US. The Chinese gave them billions to balance out India's regional influence. India should be our ally... They have much more common goals and are the largest democracy population on Earth. Sen. Rand Paul introduced a bill yesterday just to add restrictions to foreign aid. He wants to stop it completely, but knew that would never pass. . . baby steps and all. It still failed. It seems the whole country is calling for an end to foreign aid, except for those who "represent" us.

On the serious side. We have been courting paki for a while as the ability to access air space in other parts of the region has been diminished . This happened due to Turkey having issues with us supporting the Kurds, who the turks dislike.
It was also a buffer and subtle warning to India telling them we support you, but do not support your advances in to the I / P bordering areas. Here's a view from space. makes the korean border look tame.
