Ruger BX-25 customer service report

I've used a number of BX-25 magazines and all except one functioned perfectly. I decided to take the problem magazine apart, and shot the magazine spring to kingdom come, gone forever.

Called Ruger and they don't stock parts for those mags. The guy told me to ship it back without the spring. They replaced the whole thing with a new one for free!

Good to hear! I've got a bunch of those mags, no problems with them.... yet.

I have two. One functions fine, but the other has clearance issues - the bolt won't close completely and I haven't tried using it, for obvious reasons. When I have time I'll contact Ruger. I know some owners will try grinding/filing them down to fit but I'd rather not deal with that.
