Leave it to the Israelis.
As a civilian: that looks fun. Where can I shoot one and how much are they?
As a grunt: more weight hanging off me? Lame. More parts to clean and worry about keeping clean... not cool. On range days I'll have to wait for the rest of the idiots to zero not one but two bore axis? Screw that. And would this mean I have to carry TWO combat loads on my kit? Yeah, f*ck that noise.

I think I'd rather just carry more mags. Looks cool though. I'd like to see the feed mechanism.

I wonder if its a proprietary bolt/BCG or two standard-ish AR type bolts. Looks like both barrels feed into one gas tube so I'd imagine its one solid bolt.

It's a Kosher Kel-Tec.

If it 's anything like my HS derringer 2 shots are > < this close at any distance.
Double your pleasure, double your fun. Every pull of my trigger is double the gun!

We saw this several months ago, but you get a pass since you've been training.

I doubt the weight would be too excessive with the short barrels. I'm guessing this fires 2 rounds with every pull of the trigger? So a jam of any sort on one side would likely jam both sides? So it is at least twice as likely to jam as the average unmodified AR15? It is a neat novelty item and would be a cool collectable.

That goes perfectly with the double barrel 1911 (http://www.thefirearmblog.com/blog/2012/03/12/arsenal-double-barrel-1911/) http://cdn5.thefirearmsblog.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/af2011_a_1_double_barrel_pi_stol_arsenal_firearms-tfb.jpg

ounces equals pounds. pounds equals pain.

If it averages 5.6 per non tactifu%^&*d ar that gives you approx 11lbs. According to the weights some posted it's running 1-2 lbs more than their 1 bbl'd AR with all the shit on it. Kind of a draw weight wise.

Just saying, if you can't get it done with one barrel you probably won't with two... Train more. [Beer]

I don't generally want stupid, impractical things, but I WANT one of these.

I agree, but this rifle is obviously not intended for actual field use. If one ever did find itself at a military base overseas it would be kept next to the desk of some REMF colonel and only fired at the range twice a year.

Two shots with one trigger = Machine Gun ... doubt you'll find any of these in the registry made before 1986 so [soup Nazi]NO RIFLE FOR YOU![/soup Nazi]

Each shot requires a pull of the trigger. Some shotguns have 1 trigger 2 bbls.

Funny you mention that... I was covering a guard shift for a buddy at the COP one day, the XO and 1SG walk up and get on the radio and says "BIP" (means Blow In Place, as in detonating an IED, but is pretty much used as "fire in the hole"). Then the XO pulls out a SAA clone, looked like a Ruger Redhawk, and I sh!t you not took turns popping rounds off into the grape fields.

Isn't each trigger pull supposed to only fire a single cartridge?
