Not sure if this is the right place for this but, The other week my mossberg 930 SPX rolled/sliped off the work bench and it dent the mag tube lip(where the mag ext screws on to) and I was bummed out thinking I was going to have to pay $40-60 for a new tube. So I contacted Mossberg and they just sent me another one for free. Even though i was the butt head who messed it up. Thanks Mossberg

I've been trying for months to get them to send me a new extractor - fruitless. Its like they take my info down, then toss it in the trash. My SPX went back twice for massive FTExtract problems, which never got solved. What's the magic sauce?
