I still need to sight in my AR (sad, I know - haven't shot it since February). Isn't there a specific target for AR iron sights? Where can I print one out or buy some?

Just about everything You'd want to know about zeroing. If You go into the docments section, He has some targets that You can print out.

If You both want, I can meet You down at the south site on Sat. and give You a hand.

I think we're heading down to Taylor Park on Saturday afternoon for camping, so if the south spot is kinda on the way I would actually be able to do that. Maybe late morning, early afternoon. You down, Simon?

In a way, Yes, Just hop on 24 and head toward Buena Vista Find Cottonwood Pass rd. and go west. Should take You right to the front door.

Brian, I used this target and the improved battle site zero method.

Well, it looks like we're headed down on Friday night, so I don't think Saturday is gonna work. Thanks though! I may print out a couple of targets and play around out at Taylor, see what I can get done.

If you were closer I would tell you to stop by and I would give you a couple of USGI A1/A2 sight in targets. Also have some of the alt/C qualification targets.

If you get down to the springs drop me a line.

The Maryland AR site is great. www.md-ar15.com (http://www.md-ar15.com) (sound familiar?)

Go look over at www.ar15.com (http://www.ar15.com) in the AR section in AR Discussions. You'll see a thread running on the Marksmans Challenge. Which you will also find on the Maryland site. The thread on ar15.com has links to lots of good targets you can download.
