Well I will not give you any more grief for your post but I do not see any logic in your question. Whether someone got there permit in 15 days or 90 what does that do for you?

If it helps you any I got mine in 5 weeks, but that was 2 years ago.

EVERYONE! The law requires it be issued within 90 days. I don't know of anyone who got it on day 90 in Larimer Co. Asking everyone will not get it in the mail any faster so stop asking. If you were in Boulder Co then we could definately say "day 89" but this isn't and the time frame depends on how fast the SO can process the paperwork. NO ONE HERE ON THIS BOARD CAN TELL YOU WHEN YOU WILL GET YOUR PERMIT IN THE MAIL.
