Hope it works. I think everyone should have to write a check every month and send it in to the gov. This way it is a reality check that you actually do pay taxes. I don't know how many times I've heard someone say they don't pay taxes because they get a refund. We pay so many taxes it isn't even funny. Everything we buy is taxed one way or the other. And you think you own your home just skip paying your taxes and see how long you have your house before your out on the street.

I did that with my rent a few years back, when my slumlord would not fix what was wrong with the place, but I used all loose change.the look on his face was priceless when I handed him $600.00 in loose change, and like magic, everything was fixed by the next time rent was due.

I say screw the old man too, but anything over a certain amount of pennies is not considered legal tender. I don't remember the exact amount, but the government made the penny law to stop people from paying all in pennies when they get mad. So be it, nickels work well too. :)
