Sad but freakin true. I'm still doing my part and promoting the lesser evil.

Amen to that, but I too have a striking suspicion he'll get reelected. gag.

He'll have no one else to blame, but I'm sure he'll make something up.
I don't think he's going to win, but maybe I'm just in denial.

I don't know, I am seeing far fewer Oblowme signs out and about. My neighborhood was full of them in the last election at least a 5 to 1 ratio. This year I have not seen ONE! One person I know for a fact had the sign last election (as we discussed it in great detail) now has a Romney sign, blew my mind. I am hopeful, I never believe the polls anyway, the only one that is accurate is the one on the 6th of November.
I keep reading the news saying the polls show obama beating romney in a lot of swing states.
But I am wondering who they are polling, if they poll the same people over and over or what? I don't see nearly as many obummer stickers as well. I see several Romney signs. I think maybe the obummer voters went underground because they are tired of me flipping them off.

Blame can be shared but it will be hard to do. After all, it would take at least a paragraph to explain. People can't handle anything longer than a text message.
Most of the the legal measures that contributed to the blowup happened under Clinton. This blowup was a long time coming and all Obummer has done is made sure the next big one will be worse.

True, there's plenty of blame to go around, but Obama said he would fix all of our problems, and specifically the economy in three years. He had both the house and the senate for the first two years of his term and they passed everything he ever wanted (besides cap and tax, but I think that is the only major piece that didn't make it through). Pretty much anything he hasn't been able to pass since 2011 has been done through executive fiat.
He has no excuse, besides his policies don't work.

It's gonna be this... the picture RCP paints is extremely similar to '08.

I get called all the time for those polls. I don't answer them and don't even pick up the phone when I recognize them. All I can hope is that there's a bunch more out there doing the same. Let all them liberal asshats think they're gonna win and VOTE that socialist, anti-colonialist, anti-constitutional MF out. Hopefully, I don't wake up from this dream.
you mean the "eye-candy"-in-chief?

the people that do answer their phones are probably those who don't have jobs, not looking for jobs, on welfare, or something along those lines!
I have never been called for a poll...but I don't have a home phone either. they calling cells?

The problem with the polls is that they're compiled with the assumption that MORE Democrats will turn out than they did in 2008 (which was a record year for Democrats).
The polls are a lie, told to discourage Romney supporters. I don't believe them for a minute.
A few links that do a better job of esplainin' what I'm talking about.

I look at it like this. I, like many of y'all, have talked to a lot of people about the upcoming election.
I've talked to folk that voted for O in '08 who will be voting for him again.
I've talked to folk that voted for O in '08 who will NOT be voting for him again.
I've talked to folk that didn't vote for O in '08 and aren't voting for him this time either.
But, I have talked to NOBODY who said they did not vote for O in '08 but ARE voting for him now.

I say let them keep saying oBummer is winning. I read this am that 86% of democrats are confident he will be re elected.
That tells me more of them are likely to stay home thinking the win is in the bag.
Meanwhile the same polls energize the other side to get out and vote because it's gonna be close.

AND they energize the other side to get out and vote because we know we're being lied to and want to stick it to the Democrat/Media complex.
Here's an interesting video (26 minutes long but worth the watch).
Pat Caddell makes the point that the media is so ridiculously corrupt and in the tank for the Obama admin and Democrats that the people are likely to turn on them too.

The election will be a referendum on both Obama AND the lap dog media.

The television and radio "news" networks use public airwaves, granted to them by the American public. This use should be dependent upon them being non-partisan as possible IMO. Unfortunately, the FCC controls this access, and we no longer control the FCC.
No president has been reelected with unemployment ubove 8% since FDR in 1940. No president had been reelected with GDP below 1.3% ever. Nevertheless, I have every confidence Romney will find some way to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

Don't forget that there are some debates about to begin. After you're stuck in traffic Wednesday because you forgot Denver was going to be closed you could listen.
Romney has a reputation as a strong debater. When he is prepared he looks and sounds great and I'm sure he is working hard on that right now. The other guy won't be able to just read off a teleprompter.
Here's an interesting article by a liberal about the debates. http://www.theatlantic.com/magazine/archive/2012/09/slugfest/309063/
When a liberal says good things about a Republican it gets my attention.

Me and my good buddy Sean Penn are moving, wait I got that backwards.
God help us all if obummer gets reelected, end of America will be coming a lot faster.
