Anybody interesed in going to the south site tomorrow? I want to site in a couple of rifles, I should be down there about 9-9:30.

I have a couple of AK builds that I need to test fire, and my other guns have been feeling lonely...

Is this the location up off of HWY 67?

Welp, I think I found the place....got there about 3:30 this afternoon, just in time for the toadstrangling downpour![Mad][Rant1][Rant2] At least I know where it is now.

Just to clarify - the place I went to, the turn-off/road/driveway/whatever it is, you leave 67 and the dirt road makes an immediate hard right for a little ways, then back left again, and the drive in has some serious, heavy ruts and washouts. Is this the right place? It was between mile markers 88 & 89, and it was the only road I saw. I came up from Woodland Park, and it was just past Rainbow Falls Park or something like that.

I was wishing I had my '56 Willys CJ5 running and I was driving it, my 2wd Silverado doesn't know what to think about that stuff. I went back to Parker the north route, up 67 to Sedalia, that's a nice drive!
