I wrote it that way so Roman Gnome wouldn't think that We were shooting from 9-8. Or, 2007 rnds, whichever came first.

I wish I could come but it is that time of year again........ hunting season.[WooHoo]

Sept. 8th is opening day for black powder by the time the sun comes up that day I will already be 2 miles back in on foot. Nothing like hiking through the woods with a flashlight in the pitch black.

So, what kind of targets are allowed at these club shoots? Paper only, or can we bring water-filled soda cans and plastic bottles? Do I need to bring anything else, like a table, chairs, pop-up shade awning thingy, etc.?

All of those are nice to have, it can get hot out there in the direct sun. Not to mention something to drink (water mainly, soda).

I hope to be there as well.
Any chances of someone bringing a grill ?!?!?!

I can do a 6' banquet table, some chairs and a 10x10 awning thing (whatever it's called). Have a Gott cooler too. And a 10 yr. old grandson to get in the way.

Yeah, people wish. I will be holding a yard sale Sat, Sept. 8th.8a-4p. There will be some gun stuff for sale. Mags, brass. and some reloading stuff. Also, I will have back issues of Soldier Of Fortune and Machine Gun News for sale. The MGN issues wont be cheap, Like 20$ each. Yes, thats what back issues go for. Ryan P.S. Thanks Will

WillysWagon (and all),

Give me a couple of days on the "grill" and I plan to be there... I have some "elk camp" and tailgate stuff from PPIR days that would work. Of course, Willys is always welcome to borrow whatever you need!

I'm in a real "iffy" situation due to my 98-yo Grandmother in hospice, eventual Denver graveside family service... should know more by Monday.

If all works, I might even drag some friends and the wife along if that's OK...

SADLY, I'm out this weekend.

Lot's of family "stuff" going on beyond my Grandma -- no big worries, but guess I'm getting "old"! Good news is "baby girl" should graduate AF Tech School in about 4 weeks!

Won't make it myself either. Going to a concert in Denver on Sunday night, but heading up Sat. to burn up one of my free nights at a hotel from one of my sweeps wins.

It sucks too because I have the virgin HK .45 compact I'm dying to shoot. I'll have to go up some Sat. soon because I can't wait until Nov. to try it out. Have fun all that's going.

In addition to wife watch, the clothes dryer passed on to the Kenmore graveyard in the sky. Had to have the new laundry gear delivered on Saturday. I hope you all had fun![AR15]

Me and the grandson really wanted to come, but he started basketball that day. We've been there the two previous Saturdays though. Good place to shoot, just wish it wasn't so damn far from home.

Anybody know of a similar place closer to Parker? Handguns and .22's only for us, nothing bigger than my .45.
