I went into sportman's warehouse yesterday to pick up some jacketed .45 bullets. I found that the ENTIRE bullet section (at least the target quality) was totally empty. I spoke with an employee and they told me that they were unable to get any shipments in.

Has the market for bullets really gotten so bad that a company like this can't even get shipments in?

On a side note, does anyone know where I can pick up some jacketed .45 ACP bullets in the DTC area?

(in case it wasn't clear, this rant refers to bullets for reloading rather than ammunition in general)

I just get them from a local Montana Gold dealer... About $105 delivered per thousand for 230 FMJ.

I have a lot of lead and copper in my garage.

I see the prices and how they are going and am grateful I used the CC a couple of years ago. Some items in some calibers have jumped 30-100% in the last 24 months.
