No email for notifications

For long time i note that i receive emails for PM notifications or Topics Subscribes sometimes, not every time, this is normal or maybe something happens with my account?

You need to go into your profile and turn on notifications for PM's you have it turne doff right now. And you need to set for each individual subscription how you would like to be notified.
