Command Sgt Major Basil Plumley passed away this morning at approx 0400 hrs in Columbus, GA. One of the finest warriors his nation has ever seen is now at home in Valhalla...RIP brother. I pray that we have men willing to follow your example for generations.

It is odd for one man to have been witness to so much war and killing. He was most certainly a unique man, if only for the hell he survived.
