and any other teenage girl sounding terms for firearms that I can't think of right now--do you, the user of such terms, use them in oral conversations, or are these terms simply reserved for forum-speak?

i can't believe i forgot Bushy!

Brownie is a new one to me.

the odd thing to me on some of these cutesy phrases is they don't save any effort on syllables--"mossy" is two, just like Mossberg. "shottie" is two, just like shotgun.

Me too.

less oxygen used on mossE than mossBERG. exhale and time it. go on
E......BERG...................................... see more C2O2. Now wonder the air quality sucks. To many people using the full name vs, "chick" names for a gun.
WHERE THE HELL IS GORE?????? Someone needs to address this. One more reason to ban guns, The Environment.

Dear god we have some fucking drama queens on this forum..

Who cares WTF people refer to them as?

I've probably said shotty and shotgun in the same conversation before.. Pretty sure I've never said Mossy and I don't own a Remington, or a Ruger...

Would it be wrong to call my Lewis Machine & Tool my LMT? I mean that is pretty standard to call it an LMT..

People abbreivate shit.. gtfo it.

Well, luckily we aren't burdened by folks that overreact to threads on a forum--that's a relief

That's not dumb, that's actually a really good idea! I'm gonna go sex up my 1911's now. And by that I mean assign them genders in hopes that they procreate, not that I'm going to... nevermind.

commenting on a price is hardly overreacting. perhaps you recall your response would be in the overreacting category.

did you get the price you were looking for?

Crapping on somebodys for sale thread is a bit more than simply commenting on a price, hence your time out. And yeah I actually got $500 more than my asking price at the dealership trade in value saving even more on taxes. But you know everything on prices and what people should call there guns apparently....
Maybe you should take a step back and let people do what they want to do instead of trying to control the world through the internet...

A lady friend of mine once asked me why I always carry a gun. I told her that it's because it's a wild world.

Shortly after I started calling my EDC gun Gat Stevens.

Nevermind that Cat Stevens turned douche after making some great music.
