Hi everybody! I'm Doctor Nick!

Step 1: Acquire firearm

Step 2: Acquire Supplies - You will need a sponge (the rougher the better), your choice of spray paint colors, as many or as few as you want. Hint: A minimum of two colors is required, its hard to make a single color camo scheme. You will also need a flat, non-absorbant surface to spray your paint onto to make a small "puddle" of wet paint.

Here is my host weapon for the paintjob, it has already been gun-kote'd FDE, but this will work on any color gun

Step 3: Spray gun in your chosen base color, here I've chosen tan.

Step 4: Spray large areas of a constrasting color, here I've chosen dark brown, don't over think it, just make some splotches of another color, this is your macro pattern.

Step 5: Spray your base color onto a flat surface to make a small puddle. Dip your spone into the paint, and sponge it on in random blotches onto the other color areas.

Step 5: Repeat this process with the contrasting color, and sponge it onto the base color areas, if desired, you can stop here and have a 2 color camo job. Yippie, no go eat some cake and read comic books as you delight in your sucess.

Yes, I'm wearing socks with sandals, do not attempt this, you have to be Level 18 to use this skill or you'll suffer a -4 to your charisma stat.

Step 6: If desired, select another color (here I chose green) and make highlights of that color using the same sponge/puddle/dab/dopplydo method.

Step 6: Repeat again with another color, here is chose black, then I finalize the pattern by hitting it again with the base color to bring back some light-colored highlights.

Step 7: You're done! Now you may have two peices of cake, because you didn't finish early like those two color guys, good job!

Personally, I would have stopped here. Sometimes less is more.

But, to each their own.

Good job.

Good job.

The first one I did (the Saiga) was like this for about a week until I decided to go at it with more colors. I dig the two camo way as well.
