that nice? Tell me about it. That amount of money is more than the shotgun cost.

Since it's primarily for defense, maybe I should just keep a friggin' road flare under my pillow, and heave that down the stairs.

I have one on my house gun. They are nice, but a bit heavy.

I got mine from Brownells a few years ago and I think they were maybe $235-ish.

Yup, house gun. Mine's an 18-inch 870 with a full bore and a front bead. That is, pretty basic. The Surefire has a nice reputation, but it is a lot of money.

For that much, things like the Lasermax tactical laser/light start looking good at $199:

I dunno. If someone had a rave review it might be easier to pry my wallet loose (it seems to be stuck) . . . I guess that's why I posted initially. Thanks.
