I did a search on Amazon and there are a number of books that detail what plants in CO are edible. Does anyone here have a recommendation of one particular book over another?

I do not but it is on my list of things to get.

I know I can get the nectar from a columbine flower, tasty. watch out for bugs...protein i guess.
