im going to look over a building ,talk with the owner and hopefully strike a deal . i already know its perfect , i just need to get it ! so i could use all the prayers and positive thoughts i can get .
store goals = offer quality products at a fair price
museum goals = keep history alive and fun for all ages

al really wants this place so lets try some collective thought and make it happen [Beer]
(yes i just spoke about myself in the third person [LOL])

what kind of sq ft is the building90,000 gets the building and lot . over 10000 sq ft but the place is laid out perfect for my needs , surplus , gift shop , museum , room for a small gun shop and even room to fabricate repros and fix old military trucks .
so im thinking 350,000 would be awesome . that would the building , fixing it up to my standards , advertising , stock + a few bucks cushion for the stuff in not thinking about. if done right 350 is a drop in the bucket compared to the payoff .....uggg the number is hitting me [Faint]....meh , ill probably just put it all on line and squeak by on fumes for a few years till i make good or fail from lack of support . but knowing me ill kick ass because im all about a.s.s. . yes thats right my a.s.s. grows for the sake of the children [ROFL1].
one day ill get an ffl and make stickers that say " i stopped by a.s.s. and got a piece " , " no gas or grass but plenty of a.s.s. " or the classic "i like a.s.s." [Muaha]
