So I saw Ryan, though not until I had already passed by to find Marpat again.. Someone else was with him (saw the club shirt.. damn I need to get mine!) but didn't catch the name.. you guys were by the DPMS banner, I had the Autism hat on.

Anyway, great news for me; Marpat finally replaced the rail pads he had snagged from me a few weeks ago and saved me the cost, and the dude at Ten-X did the stand up thing and said no to the guy who was trying to buy him out of everything in .223 Friday night so the rest of us could finally get some ammo. Their prices shot up just like everyone else's, but at $240 for 1K of their 55grn stuff, I'm still not complaining.

5280 was selling weapons damn near hand over fist, poor Gina (as if making money is bad.. but I digress) was running BG checks left and right.

Saw the guys from MachineGun Tours there, didn't really have anything that I was willing to plop money down for at the time, but there were some brief moments of temptation when I saw the Spikes stripped lower holding a sign with my name on it :)

All and all not too much flea market crap there this time, Dave's had a noticeably smaller presence.. though I guess I should have snagged the used P220 mags, $15 and $20 each, but I still just can't bring myself to give those bastards any of my money. I'll find them else where... Actually saw a few newer vendors there, some guys outta Parker that I know have been there before that build out AK's.. great looking builds might I add.. just not what I was looking for.

All and all, a better than average Tanner show.

i find it interesting that the ammo was up there and worth it's weight in gold to some vendors. BUT if you asked if they were interested in doing some trading for my .223 they said it wasn't worth more then $0.10 per round!
of course they had none to sell me at $0.15 per either

i know alan's happy !
