My guess is 4% popular vote and 60 electoral votes in favor of Romney.

Around noon, the day after the election, polls might start to be somewhat accurate. Maybe.

Let's hope it is a landslide. Otherwise the lefties will muddy it up to where the Bush-Florida mess will pale in comparison.

Let's hope the Wednesday "Trump" card is not damaging to Romney's chances.

Yes, and also his college applications, and passport records... Actually that's pretty smart, because if he applied as a foreign student that would mess up his record for being "American born" and if he puts any aliases (He used to go by "Barry Sotoro"- or however the hell you spell it) it would disqualify him for the Illinois bar, and he could be charged with fraud. Not to mention, it would provide some much needed transparency from this guy, something he promised, but has yet to provide much of.

What about the fact he was legally adopted by his Indonesian step father? Does one give up U.S. citizenship when adopted[Stooge] overseas?

I don't think so... but also, even to have a TS clearance you cannot have dual citizenship, POTUS has higher clearance than that, so if he was sworn in with dual citizenship, he would be violating federal law. Too many variables, and everything is so shrouded- I just hope he does what Mr. Trump asks, that way we can put this whole clusterfuck to bed.

To my understanding when adopted by an Indonesian citizen the child is granted Indonesian citizenship.
Also remember the school Barry Sotero attended while in Indonesia was a school that was only open to Indonesian citizens, typically of affluence.
At the very least it would make him a dual citizen, which would make him ineligible to be POTUS.
Speculation exists that BO went to Indonesia in the early 80's prior to visiting Pakistan with his "room mate" from college. At that time travel to Pakistan was very strongly discouraged to US citizens, so possibly BO renewed an Indonesian passport.

Actually, unless Barry's daddy use fraudulent documents, Barry MUST BE an Indonesian Citizen to enrolled in public school. There is no way around this in Indonesia. Furthermore, Indonesia DOES NOT allow dual citizenship (well with some stipulations).

It may be fun to extrapolate what he must have done to attend school in Indonesia but remember he was a minor then with no say in the matter. He could easily have renounced said Indonesian citizenship when he moved back to the US -- and he had to have gotten a passport in order to make his world tour as Senator. Page 4 of the instructions for a passport application states:

ACTS OR CONDITIONS
(If any of the below-mentioned acts or conditions have been performed by or apply to the applicant, the portion which applies should be lined out, and a supplementary explanatory statement under oath (or affirmation) by the applicant should be attached and made a part of this application.) I have not, since acquiring United States citizenship/nationality, been naturalized as a citizen of a foreign state; taken an oath or made an affirmation or other formal declaration of allegiance to a foreign state; entered or served in the armed forces of a foreign state; accepted or performed the duties of any office, post, or employment under the government of a foreign state or political subdivision thereof; made a formal renunciation of nationality either in the United States, or before a diplomatic or consular officer of the United States in a foreign state; or been convicted by a court or court martial of competent jurisdiction of committing any act of treason against, or attempting by force to overthrow, or bearing arms against, the United States, or conspiring to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force, the government of the United States.
Furthermore, I have not been convicted for a federal or state drug offense or convicted for "sex tourism" crimes statute and I am not the subject of an outstanding federal, state or local warrant of arrest for a felony; a criminal court order forbidding my departure from the United States; a subpoena received from the United States in a matter involving federal prosecution for, or grand jury investigation of, a felony.

You could say he lied -- about the only person I've ever seen who lies more easily than Barack Obama was Bill Clinton -- but he really had no incentive to retain any Indonesian citizenship (past his law school graduation). I suspect he or a competent lawyer would argue that HE didn't affirm allegiance to Indonesia or renounce his US citizenship; his mother or adoptive father probably filed that paperwork for him.

IMO, focus on the lies we can prove and ignore the red herrings about his birth or childhood. I still want to know why he's using a CT SSN; it's a bit far away from Puck's Alley in Honolulu which was supposedly his only known work history before graduating from Harvard Law School.

The polls are crap!!! Neither will win...All the 3rd party voters will stop either from getting the electoral votes needed. The House of Representatives will then move to swear in Roseanne Barr...God help us all...

Renouncing US citizenship is a little funny, and I'm not sure that it's relevant here.

To renounce US citizenship in a way that actually means anything to the US, he would have had to have done it, in person, while abroad, to a US consular official.

All of the renunciations made to a foreign official would carry absolutely no weight at all for purposes of his US citizenship.

As for the security clearance issue: that's not contained in the Constitution. If there's a statutory provision that applies to the President, then well and good but probably not relevant.
