Walther PPQ, anyone fired one ?

A friend mentioned a Walther PPQ to me the other day. I handled one today at LGS and loved the trigger by far over other striker pistols. Has anyone shot a 9 or 40 out there ?? It seems to me to be just another polymer striker pistol, which I have little experience with. It is for a gal pal's first handgun.

She should choose what works best for her, fit, feel,overall comfort level. A few shops in the metro area offer gun rentals. Give them a try before you end up with a boat anchor, she puts in the closet and never shoots again.

I have. And I owned a p99 for a few years....

Same ergos, different action. The DA/SA internal hammer of the P99 is far superior to the standard striker action of the PPQ. Just my .02.
