Want a 1911 owb with a thumb break for carrying cocked and locked. About the pull my hair out trying to find one via google as all of them with straps seem to only work with the hammer down, wtf? who carries in condition 3?. Anyone have any recommendations?

Talk to Ray at Lobo Gunleather (http://lobogunleather.com/) down in Pueblo, if he doesn't list exactly what you want he'll still make it (and it will be both well made and well priced).

I'll second Ray at Lobo Gunleather in Pueblo. He made a nice owb for my Glock and even met me at a McDonalds for a F to F as I was traveling through back in 09.
Hazel Leather - http://www.hazelleather.com/index.php, makes a great product as I have one of his IWB holsters for my CZ. Looks like he may be taking a break according to his web site...it can't hurt to contact him.

Here's my Lobo Model 1 Pancake

Since almost nobody makes leather specifically for CZ75s in .40 (the slide of the .40 is different from the 9mm) AND my CZ75 B is an SAO so I wanted the holster molded with the safety in the on position so I could carry C&L as well, He used my actual gun to make the holster. Came out awesome. (I also had him not twist the leather around the belt slots like he usually does since I also convert my OWB holsters back and forth to IWB ... but for OWB the twist he puts on the leather around the belt slots makes the holster fit even better).
Here's a pic of one of his Model 1 Pancakes with the twist I was talking about (as much as I wish this gorgeous S&W Model 40 was mine, its not).

Give Insta -AKA- Williams gun leather, a PM and he'll get back to you shortly. Great holsters, and he is willing to work with customers to get them what they want.
All my IWB holsters are from him now.
He also does OWB, but I haven't had a need for one. But if I did I would go to Insta.
