Post war civilian rifles partially made with USGI parts. They really only have shooter Value not collector value.

National Ordanance was a lot like Fulton Armory,they made their own recievers and put on in spec G.I. parts.
One of my buds back in NY has one and its a tack driver all day long put together with Remington parts..
Although there not realy sought after by the strict millitary collectors,some collect them just for the novelty.

Value approx one half that of equal condition original 03A3.
Reported problems (like receiver blow ups) on later models if I recall correctly. First 50-100k? made were ok, but company was sold and new owners f'd it up?...Do more research and pay attention to your serial number. I had one in unfired condition that was passed down to me, but I sold it a while back. Guy that bought it tells me he loves it.
