I'd worry about the rest of the car being "infected" so the only obvious choice is to nuke it from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.

I know a few people I could get this for, but I doubt they would actually use it- remember all those people who left their Kerry stickers on their cars after Bush won in '04? Yeah that's why I got that sticker that said:

I used to have a "democrats are like flies, the eat shit and bother people" on my truck. I was 17, and God knows how many times pissed off Kerry voters flipped me off or tried running me off the road.
