No, just a pinch. But it hurts when I breath sometimes. Probably need some adjusting.

dang... them are one of the worst ones at times...

... when it hits the pain takes your breathe away I take it, ouch... I feel you man.

If you decide to try Chinese acupuncture... vid that sh*t! I would also stay away from those Chinese pills they say will keep you up longer made from deer d*ck or some sh*t [LOL]

I have a mild injury-related scoliosis and require an adjustment from time to time when I throw it out. I've been to a handful of different chiropractors in my life, and this guy is hands-down the best there is. Really nice guy, monster of a part-time wrestler, cheap, effective, and not a snake-oil salesman looking to sell you a "lifetime treatment plan." He sold me on the first visit when he fixed my pain with just a couple cracks and then told me, "come back in a week if you need to, but if you're in here every month for an adjustment, I'm clearly doing something wrong." Highly recommended.
