So I go to facebook this morning and my X has posted one of those funnies. (She puts pictures of the kids on there, that's why were "friends") And I see the below "poem"
http://media-cache-ec4.pinterest.com/upload/141652350750603710_z9CCfcBj_c.jpg
Kind of just blew it off. But my mom calls and ask if I saw it. She says some very out of caterer things about the X and it gets me thinking. Should I be pissed? Now that my mom's upset, I'll a little upset. What a crape thing to say. I'm even more glad she's my X, but wonder about how she going to raise my kids. [Rant1]
Discuss please.

Facebook is drama, ignore everything that is posted on it and your life will be much richer for it.
So what did her poem say? Why are you still talking to your mother about your X wife? Fuel and fire..

Better yet, close it down and forget about it all together.

Sounds like you're being bated.
BTDT, time for an unfriend and a block.
Keep in mind that pictures like that probably get posted by people who aren't divorced, or aren't even married. Let this one slide.
To me, Facebook is a spectator sport.
There really isn't any recourse for what your Ex posts on FB or says out loud. I would assume if she posts it on FB, she either says it or otherwise communicates her feelings to your children.
On the positive side, if you don't live down to the image your Ex conveys to your children, eventually they will figure out who is full of crap and who's opinions are trustworthy.
Consider it a challenge to be better than the lies people tell about you. [Coffee]
Be safe.

Now that' funny [ROFL1]
Apparently she isn't moving on very well. You're better off without her in your life and it's obvious with $hite like this.
And I just don't get the appeal of facebook..

It's Facebook. What do you want?
Facebook is always bad news. Once I got rid of mine, it was so much better. I have never thought that I want it back. It's a bunch of people attempting to validate their lives by posting every god damn thing they do so that people will validate their existence.

Roses are Red
Violets are Blue
Just like Margarine
You Spread easy Too.
Post that in her "friends" area. Or what ever it is that they do on FB.

I understand she posts pics of the kids and you like to see them, but if shit like that is being posted as well, i agree to get off facebook, shits nothing but drama, i had to do the same thing. Let's hope shes not actually saying that stuff to your kids, if she is, shame on her. it's quite the low blow for her to attempt to get the kids to not like you.
Post porn of her on the net, send it to her boss, get her fired, ruin her relationship with any guy she is with and get her parents to disown her.
Or let it go.
SNIP...but wonder about how she going to raise my kids.

YOU, do everything in your power to be as involved in your kids life as possible. If you have a daughter, take her on a date every week and let her talk and confide in you rasing a lady. If you have a son, encourage him, play with him, raise a princely gentleman.
Matthew 5:10 Blessed are they who are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Never say a mean word to or about your X in their pressence. Show them that they want to be like you and not full of hate.
If you can do this, you will be happier, live longer and your kids will thank you. In reality, all of America should thank you for raising good citizens instead of victims full of hate.

^^^^This.
For sure.
Make sure your kids have at least one parent that acts like an adult.
How about this one?

It is best to be the bigger person though... ^ This would be fun to post if you decide not to be however.

This is tempting, but I'll let it slid for the kid's well being.[Beer]
Women are emotional vindictive creatures. They like others to be on their side and love gossip. Her posting this not only fuels her need for attention but her hive mentality as all of her friends "like" it, it will make her feel more important. In the old times they used to gossip by phone. Now they use facebook. Same shit as 50 years ago.
My advice? Find some new ass. Different social circle. Then post happy photos about how much she enjoys you. Best revenge.

Also if you posted the above pic it would only fuel her because rule 1 of women is women like drama. It gives them something to talk about.

^ Best course of action and most effective. Nothing says I'm over you like "check out this younger more attractive in better shape girl who's so good to me and oh by the way she's a doctor who cured cancer at age 13 women I'm with now".
Let it go. Sticks and stones...

This, Document, Document, Document and DO NOT REACT!
(or at least do not have anyone witness you reacting)

You ought to consider making a file so that you can keep evidence of such things. The courts are quite serious about 'parental alienation' and they WILL take punitive steps against the actor.
In any case, you should never retaliate. It isn't good for the kids, it elevates your blood pressure, and you lose the high ground you will need should you decide to take matters into the courtroom.

Screen capture the image and send a private message saying something like "Thanks for good evidence encase there's a custody case." That should keep her from posting more crap and put a scar into her.

This is some damn good advice! I just hope I never get married, have kids and then divorced and be forced to follow this advice... But still- let her be the hateful, mean and vitriolic one, you be the nice guy! [Beer]

Another vote for document and don't react. I've suspected my ex of saying negative things about me to our daughter, but never let it bother me. The one time I yelled at her was when she attempted to interfere in my communication with my daughter - that got my blood boiling and I threatened to take her back to court. Otherwise, I try to keep our interactions cordial and respectful. Not that it gets reciprocated, but I think my daughter can tell the difference now that she's 17.
And yes, living better is the best revenge. :)
