ARE YOU KIDDING???? I have heard rumors but this confirms it! My life is complete!!! I moved to 76/Sheridan hoping that they would add one in this area. 6 months later BOOM they dropped it on us. Thank you Lawd!

It just got approval at the Arvada Planning Commission a couple weeks ago. They're going to scrape the old Pier 1. Not sure when they'll start building.

Arvada is complete indeed! I just hope that these ones have the big ice cubes and not the crushed ice. I know I'm being awfully picky but hey it's Chick Fil A!
