Any room for rent in Fort Collins?

I'm transferring to CSU for the Spring 2013, and now need a place to live from Jan to June. I'm looking for monthly rate of about $400-500.
I'm 21, non smoker of everything, non drinker, no pets, clean, and responsible. Does anyone in the area looking for a roommate or have room for rent? Please let me know.

CL & the coloradoan. If you have a weekend to spend in ft fun, walk around old town. Places like the pickle barrel and other food joints. There are a lot more Roomate Wanted flyers on they bulletin broads than newspaper.
