That would make me change my vote.
And here I thought you weren't allowed to campaign within 100ft of a polling place... [Bang]

I guess it's in a school, probably had the kids paint it for extra credit. [NoEvil]

The fact that it's in a school is even more appalling than it being in a voting place IMO. Whatever happened to simply having a portrait of the current president on the wall in Social Studies class?

I just saw that a judge ordered the other day that the mural be covered prior to polling, so they are in violation of not just decency and common sense, but a judges order.
I fall back to "Tampering with voting in any way is a capital offense."

These people will do anything they can. How hard do you think it would have been to just move the voting booths to another room without a mural? They set the booths there very specifically because it had the mural, violated an order and nothing will happen to them.

Apparently they finally started to go with the judges order, and stuck a couple small pieces of paper of Obama's face, but left it VERY obvious what it was, and left the logo and text uncovered.
All over national capital area today - free rides to your polling place, but only if your voting for Obama.

They were at most of the metro stations today. I stopped and talked to 4 or 5 and each time I asked if I was going to vote for Romney or Johnson would they still take me (I didnt tell them I'm from Colorado)... The responses ranged from "F*%k you" to "Why would I do that"...

It's not like it really makes any difference in those areas...other than the principle. But NY, NJ, MA, CT, DE, RI, etc...are all locked up for Obama no matter what. Fuck 'em. They get what they deserve for voting hard-core democrat.
