It's kind of bogus. But they have models that predict the way the state will sway with even small percentages of votes.

Even the UNIVAC called the election correctly in the early 50s when Eisenhower was running against Stevenson.

3rd- once the Constitution is modified there is nothing to stop him from pushing his agenda and passing another Executive order for the surrender of all firearms held by private individuals.
This is his agenda, and it is scarily possible.

Something will happen, but nothing more than a current version of Clinton's AW ban, which will be circumvented by the manufacturers, just as it was done then- and prob an mag capacity rule. There will be a run on these things beginning tomorrow. All driven by paranoia.

I think a new AWB will have more teeth than Clinton's version. Maybe I'm giving the enemy too much credit though.

I love how all the "Im voting for the good guy" Johnson crowd just threw away their votes. Looks like Gary will get between 1 & 2% of the vote and nothing changes for the next election cycle. All of the battleground states are less than 1% of the vote between Obama and Romney. I just hope that everyone that voted for Gary Johnson feels real good inside and sleeps well knowing that they are the key to getting Obama re-elected. Yeah there may be a gun rush starting tommorow, however it won't last long because not many people have extra money. The trading board on here and armlist are good indicators of the economy, more people selling than buying. Buying at slightly lower prices than 2008. You can sour grapes it all you want, but Romney lost on his own merits.

Every statistic that I have looked at say that Johnson draws 85% from conservatives and 15% from Dems based off of his answers to the same questions used for candidate standings. He has conservative values and that is why so many people on here like him.

Romney is not the best candidate ever put forward, but after .00001 seconds of deliberation I realized that he is better than Obama, and he is literally the only person in this nation that could have beaten him. You can call it voting for the lesser of two evils, but look at it this way. If you would not have voted for Obama under any circumstances, then using logic you would see that Romney is the only rational choice. We could have all worked together to change things over the next four years, but now we will have to do it fighting the current of shit that BO will pour down on all of us. He will ride this country into the ground and we will just sit back and watch it burn.

North Carolina will go Romney, as will Virginia.

Florida is a toss up, but Romney I think is going to pull this out. The panhandle which is a lot more R is the last to come in, O is only up by 16,000 votes, Romney will inch his way to in a win.

Ohio is going to be close. Karl Rove was just on and explained the comeback that is happening right now. I see this as well. It will be tight, maybe too tight to find out a decision even tonight...tomorrow...probably not until the 17th. Much the same with Florida, Ohio has late votes coming in from coal country and come areas that are more R leaning.

Colorado will be close, but more of the rural counties are coming in after denver and adams and arapahoe and that will fare well for Romney. Hopefully the suburbs will come through and give Romney the edge!

Ohio is only 69% reported and O is ahead by 50,000 votes. Media is swaying.

Two of the most conservative counties are only 60% reported in Ohio.

Don't get too excited. wait for Florida to come in for sure. I bet Romney won't conceed anything for quite a while. at least until all of Ohio votes are in.

They are basing these on projections, not all votes have been counted, and it would not be the first time you went to bed thinking that one guy was going to be prez only to wake up the next morning when all the votes counted and it went the other way.
