I hope this goes well for you , me and America!! Obama lied from the beginning, no Birth Cert. Lied about his religion, faith, etc. etc.
BUT I was born in this country. I was raised to put my hand over my heart and memorize the pledge of allegiance!!
I WILL NOT and can NOT have a president that will not at least do this for our country!!

Maybe this is the indication that America has "flipped", and the entitlement class and the hardcore left control the federal elections from this point forward?

I think the American people are very sympathetic to free market arguments (and people don't follow their strict, immediate economic interests in voting, which has been shown a million times over, so fuck you sideways, Romney,) but this generation has moved passed the old guard when it comes to social issues.
Basically, lots of people are staying home, or not voting, or voting Obama because they can't stomach Republicans' backwards stance on abortion, gay marriage, drugs, etc.
My full expectation is that the GOP will move to the left economically and declare that the real problem was that Romney didn't talk about legitimate rape enough.

I really think this is a huge issue for the GOP when it comes to attracting independents. They need to stop trying to legislate morality.
