Anyone Local that can do a grip reduction on a STI 2011?

After putting about 5k down the pipe i think that the standard stock STI 2011 grip is just a bit too big.

Does anyone here do grip reduction work ?

I do it to all my STIs. I might not make it terribly smaller, but I do change the shape and texture quite a bit.
