Picked up a S&W M&P9c recently ftf and it didn't come with the large or small blackstrap. So I e-mailed S&W to ask if I could order both and the reply I received was to send them my address so they could send me a set for free. Awesome customer service to go along with a great product!

Had a buddy that had Smith send him a free Hi-vis sight to replace the factory sight on a .357. Pretty impressive CS.
