View Full Version : Operation Anti-Egg
Well turns out I moved to arizona and it seems like the local brats enjoy egging cars and houses. Got my car egged yesterday and took quite a while to clean. Well I talked to the neighbors and they say it's just the beggining and that houses all over the neighborhood are covered in slime every holoween night.
Well I've decided to do somthing about it. Me and about 5 guys from the nieghborhood are sitting in wait in bushes with FA paintball guns. Plan is to engage any eggers and hold them untill PD arrive for a vandalism charge. We have a perimiter set up with 1 guy at each entrance to our street and 3 spread out throughout the middle of the street. We all have radios with earpieces and plenty of twisty ties available :)
I called PD before hand and asked them what they thought, they said as long as we arent exessive and notify them if we catch anyone we're in the clear. They said make sure to keep the shots below the head, we will comply with that one :)
Anyways I'll update how it whent.
Oh and before anyone asks, we have informed the neighbors and they all are in support of our operation, and have allowed us to set up on their property :)

i seriously doubt "PD" said you are in the clear running around your neighborhood with FA paintball guns attempting to "engage" the vandals.
either way, im not bailing you out of jail. let us know how many you shoot and how many counts of assault you receive.
I'm almost willing to come to your neighborhood with a carton of eggs just to win a free lawsuit.....
Yeah, bad idea...especially if one of the eggers ducks and catches one in the eye...and with FA guns it is highly likely someone will end up hurt. I can see you getting sued up the wazoo. Just get the license plate number.
I will, however, agree that they deserve every ounce of the tactical, night ops, recon, special forces, paint ball assult. Egg ruins paint on cars the minute it dries...I happen to be a victim of that and would have loved to made those hoodlums pay.

no name, badge # and time of pd contact means SOL with the lawsuit.
especially when the media depicts gun crazy adults ,attacking innocent school children ,taking their little bros and sisters out trick or treating.

In certain states (WA for sure) it's considered assault with a deadly weapon.
I used to run a field/store in WA. A couple of kids shot some lady on horseback, who happened to be a lawyer...

Sure glad I don’t live in the People’s Republic of Colorado... As far as I know we dont have "felony menacing" here in Arizona.
Ok well we caught the scumbags, 5 teens on foot, were dressed in normal clothes not costumes carrying egg cartons. They started egging one of the neighbor’s houses and when I determined that they had deposited enough evidence I gave the call and we rushed em. We yelled GET DOWN ON THE GROUND and ran towards them. Seems like they were afraid enough of 5 guys dressed in military op clothing to just drop everything and get down. We then made them sit down on a lawn and informed them they were under citizens arrest. We called PD and the idiots were dumb enough to admit they had been the ones that were doing it for the past 3 days in front of the officers. We decided to press charges and will be looking to get reparations for the damages they have caused in the past few days. They were all hauled off since none of them had ID, 3 of them said they were under 18, two admitted to being 18.
Anyways we didn’t even need to fire any shots, seems like they were scared shitless and it turns out it was not necessary to fire any shots. We talked to the officers and they said that we could have fired if one of the kids were to throw the eggs at us ;)
And to those of you that are feeling sorry for them or think that what we did was out of line, you obviously don’t know what eggs do to stucco on your house and car paint! What were we supposed to do? Just lie down and let them cause us hours of work and cost us hundreds of dollars? I think not. We asked PD to help, but they said they were too busy doing other things to station a car on our street, they said if we wanted something done about it we should try to catch them ourselves.
Anyways it was a complete success and we are all very pleased with the results!
Didn’t think of taking any pictures, but next Halloween if they try again I’ll take a few pictures of them sitting in the yard under guard :P
The officers on scene were pretty happy that we actually managed to catch them the way we did.
I will keep you guys informed on what happens to the hooligans and if and how much money we get ;)

more power to ya, glad you caught them and didnt get thrown in jail with them, my guess is that if you did that here, you probably would have been arrested, and the "kids" with the eggs would have been stripped of their eggs and sent home.
One of the many reasons I'll be glad to get back to texas by the end of the year.
Ya I moved to arizona... I guess there were just too many liberals moving to colorado for me ;)

Yeah because we live in Colorado where the NAZI district attornies charge 13 year old boys wiht sexual assault for slapping a girl on the ass after she hit him in the balls. This state is slowly becoming as bad as Commifornia. For the most part the people are good here. but too many asshats from California are coming here and trying to force their way of thinking on the rest of us.
As a side note...when I was a 4th grader in Texas, a group of high schoolers decided it would be fun to beat me up and steal my stuff. My mom would have none of it and had a few words with the idiots. So they decided it was fun to pull up into the front yard and spin their tires and tear up the yard....my mom being the lady she is, buried 2x4' s in the yard with 10 inch screw nails every few inches....gotta love that...shredded them tires....so at halloween they decided to egg the house...she chased em down and fired her 44-40 pistol over their heads...yeah not the smartest thing to do but you dont mess with my mother....needless to say scared the pee out of those kids and they never messed with me or my mom again. Point is...we as citizens have the right to do whatever is necessary to protect our homes and families, either from real criminals or stupid ass kids who think its fun to destroy other peoples property. Its gone to far when the damn criminals, kids or otherwise have more rights then you do. I say we rely too much on law enforcement and should be relying on ourselves to protect our property or our famileis...and the damn prosecutors need to worry about actual criminals instead of normal people trying to make thier neighborhoods safe.
Aye, I liked Colorado but there were far to many Californians coming there trying to change it.
Sadly I doubt that we can really defend our homes or family for very long if we keep hiding in our shells and taking it while the law enforcement does nothing to prevent it.
At the end of the day if you want something done you have to do it yourself. And the day they tell me that I cannot protect my assets and family is the day they will never take me alive.
I have standards and if the law happens to say they are illegal than so be it. I will not bow down to men like Stalin, Hitler, Hussein or any others like them, even though I know the majority of people would.
1 Man can change allot of things, 1 man can bind together with like minded men and stop bad things from happening. Kind of like I did tonight :D
If they come back next year I don’t think we will mess around with apprehending em ;) I think we'll just say they were throwing objects at us ;)
Although it does seem like we are loosing ground... we are retreating to places like Arizona, Texas, Kansas etc.... sooner than later we may be forced to accept living the way liberals would dictate us to live. The question is would we put up resistance? And would we actually fight for our rights? I know I would...
Oh and to somone in the thread, no ammount of money could pry my Ar-15, Ak-47, SVD-Drag, Glock or any other weapon out of my hands ;)

i believe you were mistaken regarding some of our replies. IF i were to do something along the course of action you took .i would never post it here, or any other place where my written words might be used against me. take action or not how one chooses to respond to any form of threat is up to them. we had issues with some neighbors regarding way too much partying and cops showing up at all hrs of day & night. the neighbors decided to remedy the situation w/out LE involvement. they moved within the week.
according to the LE's round here we have one of the safest/quietest streets in town. and thats with an annual party of approx 40 HD's sitting along the street, w/out any incidents between us, the neighbors or cops. we police our own.

Ah dont understand me wrong i'm not mad at any of you, just wanted to get accross how bad eggs are for your house and car and that i'd never sell my guns ;)
Anyways I always appriciate all the legal advice given here :)
On the note that they'd try to find me with this site good luck lol. That would take more time and effort than its worth :)
