I just stepped on a lego, barefoot. Holy sweet mother of god.
Am I right parents?
Oh most definitly!!!
I think the Chineese used Legos like water tourture!!
If you can walk through a room full of Leggos barefoot unscathed you are jedi master!!!

I put most Hot Wheels 2 notches below Legos. Unless you have an odd Hot Wheels with sharp points or angles...they're definitely a notch above a Lego; mostly due to their size. Although, a marble can create pain far greater than its size and shape might suggest!

Good ol fashioned toe stubbing on any toe besides the big un takes the cake.
I think Hot Wheels cars are worse.
yap those hurt too........but legos have rough sharp corners that catch the soft spots of your foot so perfect.
I have stepped on plenty of Mr potatoe head parts as well and that stem I always catch sticking up.........
I've never had a Hot wheel car cut and severely bruise the bottom of my foot all at once. I have however, had that experience with a lego.

Goat heads rate right up there too when they are stepped on while on a hard wood floor..
I guess most of the Hot Wheels cars I have stepped on have usually been upside down on their roofs. Just seems like they always hurt like hell.

Thank's for the heads up. I know what Santa wont be delivering this Christmas.

I'll agree the legos are painful...
but I just recovered from a lower back injury caused by a horse yanking back on a lead rope that I didn't have positioned properly...
bringing her into the vet only to find out she has cancer... [Bang]
now we can add about $270 to the vet bill for chiropractor visits...
I explained the pain to the chiropractor by saying that Saturday morning (injury was on Friday afternoon 3 weeks ago) as "I think I have a kidney stone."
I was basically bed-ridden the whole weekend until I could see chiropractor Monday- considered going to urgent care to get meds (knew they wouldn't do jack for the underlying issue)
Turns out I twisted my lumbar vertebrae and tore some ligaments in my SI joint... the major pain was spasms in my spinal rotator muscle... much better now, but it was REAL bad for almost a whole week...
The rub was, it was our smallest horse- which is probably why I let my guard down- only 700-800Lb Arab... we also have a couple 1700Lb Percherons [Muaha]
didn't mean to steal your thunder- but pain is something I'm familiar with lately

Rookies. Slippers man, wear slippers!
This thread makes me laugh. My four year old loves to leave lego's strategically placed as to inflict maximum damage. MOFO those things hurt.
I accidentally stepped on a sea urchin once, lego's are amateur in comparison!

No joke. Tell us where so we can avoid that slice of hell.

I think Hot Wheels cars are worse.
They suck for sure but you have not experienced the full effect until you have stepped on a Teenage Mutant Ninja "Shredder" character.
Fawk me, that hurt.

Nothing compared to that "snapping" sound when maneuvering around toys on the floor in the dark and you ram your pinkie toe into the leg of a couch/table/chair. You hear the "snap" and then the vortex of pain as the body communicates the injury at the speed of light from toe to brain to recognition. You know it is broken, it immediately starts to discolor/swell due to the blood uayaflow into the soft tissues, and you are screwed because it is a pinky toe. We do nada for them in the ER except shake our heads and buddy tape it to the 4th toe for support. Gonna hurt for a few weeks with each step and...you get ti buy a replacement toy for the one you destroyed in anger when you lashed out at it because it caused you to get injured in the first place.
Like kicking the metal bed frame in the dark trying to get around the room!
beer bottle caps on hardwood f me oh ya and goat heads
I kept with the theme of kids toys but if you want an intense pain........
Hot welding material popping perfectly in the opening of your glove and some how in the process of removing your glove it landed on top of your thumbnail, then for some reason it became 10x harder to get the glove off. While the seconds counted down while removing the glove, the hot material burned through your nail.......

Those of us with grown children are just waiting for them to have children of their own, then the gifts to the grandchildren begin. Payback baby, payback..........[LOL]

I would much rather step on goat heads than legos. My kids don't know how close they have come to death due to them leaving legos around the house.
Another reason I have no kids.. They'd leave my toys laying around.

A very good friend of mine is in a wheelchair due to a MX crash. Right after his injury I redid his bathroom and kitchen and such so he could wheel around ok. He rolled into his bathroom one day and starts laughing. He hollers at me to come in there I see blood all over the floor.
Bill looks at me and down at his right foot. He had caught the toenail of his big toe under the cabinet and peeled it completely off. He looks at me and says through his laughter: "Shit man, that looks like it really hurts".
I just about dropped like a rock.

Bert's story wins!
But as a fat bastard, I can say that stepping on damn near ANYTHING barefoot hurts like hell.
In our house, it's shards of bone from the dogs that they leave everywhere. I shuffle if I have to walk in the house in the dark.
He looks at me and says through his laughter: "Shit man, that looks like it really hurts".
I think incidents like that prove that pain, in all of it's inconvenience, is there for a purpose!
I think Hot Wheels cars are worse.
No way Ray - I bloodied a foot stepping on my son's legos. Crumpled me like a little girl. I've stepped on his Hot Wheels before and it was nothing like that damn bumped block of plastic with razor sharp corners. Sorry man - gotta go with the Lego on this one. Reminds me of getting into a field of goat's head weeds - downright scary.

When I first moved into my new house, I had put the bed up in the master bedroom, but it was still in pieces. I went up for something & since the light switch doesn't work, I have to find the ceiling fan & pull the chain to get the light to turn on. As I was fumbling around for the chain, I tripped on the pieces of bed frame, falling full force onto my shins on the raised piece of bed frame. The words that came out of my mouth aren't even in the dictionary.
...And I beat on my shins daily for fun. If they hadn't been as desensitized as they are, I might have pulled the door off its hinges or something out of anger.

Bamboo Toothpick.
Between the toes, low, and in deep. F me that hurt.
Needles too, but those aren't so bad pulling out.
Those little green Army men hurt like crazy, it is a toss up between lego's.
All hard children's toys hurt when you are in bare feet. This is why children love their mothers. We step on the toys and then rant like maniacs to children who have no idea why we are so angry. Mommy comes and comforts the little tot, while we make them clean up their toys. Its a vicious predicament. [Bang]
My sons are 22 and 20, and we have a family story about the day Dad went off after he ran over Jar Jar Binks with the lawnmower. In our family, the mention of Jar Jar gets everyone laughing, and yes, it is at my expense [LOL]
mr potato head pieces have a punji spike on the backside of em......worst toy design ever
There's always the burning-hot-cartridge-ejecting-and-becoming-caught-between-your-collar-and-your-neck...but legos and steak bones left laying around probably top that. Running your knuckle into a bench grinder sucks pretty bad too...

Thanks for reminding me of this classic toy. This was the one that got my Dad yelling at me [ROFL3]

Jacks... WORST PAIN EVER.
Jacks... WORST PAIN EVER.
Are you a Mennonite? I haven't seen kids playing with jacks in decades.
Now if they could play jacks on a Wii... [Tooth]
