Quick question. I've done some searching and it seems like the lowest mount for an Aimpoint PRO is the low mount made by Aimpoint but it'd not a QD mount. I was wondering if anyone knows of a super low QD mount for an Aimpoint PRO. I need it to be touching or nearly touching the rail it's mounted on.

This is the American Defense AD-68 L. I have been a huge fan of all of the AD mounts, and their performance has not disappointed.

Never heard of those guys, thanks for the heads up. Sorry for the late reply, I forgot I posted this :p.

So, the AD-68L is 1.10", online converter tells me that is 27.94MM ( 28mm)

Anyone with an Aimpoint PRO that has a micrometer willing to measure the outer diameter of the Aimpoint? I know its a 30mm tube, but to get true height off rail I would need the dimension of the widest part of the Aimpoint sans the knobs. The website lists it as 55mm, but I believe they are factoring in the windage/elevation knobs into that so I don't believe that to be the correct measurement. ( I think the Comp M3 and M2 are the same, could be wrong)

I''ll check mine tonight, I run the AD-68 on my PRO. I could probably even measure the clearance with the front flipcap too if you like.

I would be in your debt.

So I measured and remeasured, and it was 21mm from the rail to the bottom of my PRO cover. With a difference of .42 inches or 10.7 mm, would give it a clearance of 10.3mm using the lowest mount.
