butt pad for shortened wingmaster

I took a standard wingmaster stock with the original plastic butt plate and cut it back an inch. I want a slightly shorter overall stock but want something to take some recoil. What is a good one that can easily be trimmed for the shortened stock. I need to get this online since I am in Japan.
