I'm an @$$hole.

A while back, I posted in another thread that PSA had not shipped a couple buffer springs with an order I made. Someone from PSA became a member here, and I PM'd him. Very quickly, I received the two springs that weren't in the original shipment. Here's the @$$hole part... today while sorting the recycling, I found the springs in some packing paper for the original shipment. [Bang]

Happy Thanksgiving! Enjoy your turkey, I'm eating crow.

I owe PSA a public apology for my wrongful accusation. I also owe them for two springs, and S/H (PM sent).

Funny you said this... I got a PSA shipment yesterday and thought the same thing, until I looked thought that brown packaging paper that they use and sure enough it was in there.

Way to be a standup person

Eh, it happens.

Good on you for posting and making it right. Good on PSA for mailing you a new one. I bought a LPK from a local store and it was missing a spring. I contacted PSA and I had a new one within a week. They also let me change my FFL after I placed an order for some lowers. I've had nothing but good experiences with PSA.

I have a built AR, a lower with an A2 stock, tube, spring and buffer, and a stripped lower...

Someone else needs the spring more than I do, I'm sure.

Yes, one of your members gave me a heads up to a previous thread that needed attention.

I do not work in CS, and it is preferable that if someone has a problem they e-mail or call them first. If there is a pressing issue, or if you are having trouble contacting them you can send me a PM here and I will coordinate with them to try and get the issue fixed.

Plenty of orders (upper, lowers, etc) and no issues to speak of. Just think it's cool a member of the industry is a contributing member here. That's not something you see around these parts every day and is appreciated.
