Get in my car to go to dinner with a friend...start it up and BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP. BEEEEEP, BEEEEEP.

Coolant light....Im all "fucking great...."

Knowing, I was full...and Thinking either 1) my radiator cracked or is leaking.. or 2) I somehow blew a head gasket and burnt through all my coolant or something....

So....I pop my hood, open my trunk, grab my bottle of Pentosin SF and go inside for some Water to mix it with....

Realize it still looked good but figured I'd add some anyways...

Grab a flash light and start looking around....and I see this..

Are you sure it wasn't squirrels? Or mice?

Why you gotta be hatin' on the rabbits?

...because I saw the little bastard next to my car when I took my daughter out for a walk in her stroller earlier today...

And I've watched the creature eating all the Lily's I planted for my daughter....

My daughter's name is Lily...I planted like...4 of them the day she was born...and as they began to come up from the soil, I Saw the little shit eating them!!

If I didn't have neighbors so closed I'd a popped the damn thing with my AR :P

Rabbits are mean little f'ers! they drove away all my friendly neighborhood squirrels. I watched a rabbit trap 3 squirrels up a lone tree in my yard and attacked them viciously when they attempted to get down. This year has been bad, tons of rabbits fleeing the open space from the coyotes. Guess the coyotes are tired of prairie dog burgers every night. [Coffee]

In what regard? I'm proud to drive my Audi. I'm also proud to drive my assembled in Mexico Dodge Ram.

BTW, unless they somehow culled them, DIA had a huge rabbit problem in outdoor parking. Glad I park in the garage (for biz) or use canopy for personal.

At least the display pixels still work.

Been there... little f*ckers chewed the motor wire harness in our minivan. We parked it in the driveway and didn't drive it for about 3-4 weeks. When I went out to start it ... nothing. Popped the hood and it looked like a 7 year old had gotten ahold of a pair of tin snips and went nuts on the harness. There is a contract out on every one of those little guys now...

German wiring taste good to wabbits. No idea why,

Have not tired it myself, but my buddy uses a subsonic 22 or a 22 short through the door to his deck to pop the little bastards eating his garden, then throws their little carcasses into the open space near him to feed the coyotes and foxes.

I have a pretty serious wabbit problem, but will likely use an airgun to get rid of them. The big issue for me is not just that they are eating the flowers and destroying the garden, its that the wabbits come, then the foxes, coyotes and rattlesnakes come, and then my kid and dog cant play in the backyard. A couple years ago I actually had a baby rattler just outside the door to the garage. Killed him but never found the nest. Because my wife and parents in law are sensitive people they wabbits have had a reprieve, but thats about to end.

EDIT- Also your Audi seems to be missing its intercooler hose, you should get that fixed...

Common misconception. That's OK, us Audi owners know it's just like with liberals understanding of guns and gun laws.

You could say the same about Porsche, Bentley, Bugatti. or Lamborghini. All just overpriced VW's right?

I had this same problem happen to me a few years back with my oil level sensor. I wrapped it in that hard accordion hose sleeve stuff and it never happened again. I think the rabbits (or what ever it was) don't like the noise that stuff makes. Use some good shrink wrap when you mend it and that according wrap and you should be good to go. If you need help let me know.

And we've had rabbits living in our yard for 10 years, never had one chew up anything but grass. Now squirrels, that's another story. And I hear that porcupines can cause a lot of damage 'cause they'll chew on damn near anything. I've heard of them eating rubber brake hoses.

Knowing what I know about wildlife it was probably a rat. The rabbit is just a fall guy. Kill the rat. The rabbit prefers plants to your soybean by-product insulation. The rat likes the wires taste. Airgun.

My rabbit population is almost non-existent now after I declared war on them this summer. But be sure to hit them in the head, because if you miss and hit them in the neck, they may flop into your driveway and make a massive bloody mess for like a 10ft radius...not a good thing for the neighbors to see in suburbia...or so I'm told. ;)

Fixed it...was easy to fix..

Soldering Gun + Solder + Shrink tubing + Big Lighter = fixed

Figured I'd wash my car too...it was a little nasty... I use my Audi for what it was intended for...Driving, ANYWHERE!

hate seeing STi's and Evo's and Audi's and whatever....turbocharged AWD vehicles...clean as a whistle.....you bought the wrong car...

They're digging under my back patio. I've been trying to slay them all before I barricade it because I don't want to bury them alive under there and make a stink.

I love this ammo. I shoot it out of my lever action 22 Henry and it's quieter than most pellet guns. Fires off the primer only, no powder. And accurate. Speed is about 750 - 800 fps.

Rabbits once ate a $700 wiring harness in my 04 S4 when the wife took it to the airport and parked it at Wally Park.
Its been an issue out there for years. Fucking Germans conspiring with bunnys to make tasty vehicle parts.
And of course, we all know just how helpful Wally Park was in getting that bill paid too.

Ive been on a 7 year shoot on sight rabbit termination program at my house. Big, small it makes no difference.
I did sorta feel bad last summer when I ran a little fella over with the mover.

Meh,

Once you get past the sound of bunny going through the discharge chute, it's not so bad.

If you still got Audi, make sure you take it to Hardey's Motorwerks (http://www.hardeysmotorwerks.com/). He went to HS with my son and does all my work. Straight shooter.

I keep the Cayenne and A4 garaged so the bunnys dont get any ideas about nibbling on their tasty wiring.

I obviously do all my own repairing of das Deutschland autos, and sometimes do work on certain individuals cars, I can highly recommend 3Zero3 Motorsports and Peak Autosport, both of which are owned by friends of mine.

Plus the ones that go thru the mover are a little too soft to really cook.

Thank the stars your B6 is nothing like my B5 screen. Mine is soldered in place and you need specialty equipment to replace it. Thankfully there is a guy named Kompressed on the forums that will do it for very cheap. From what I gather the B6 screen just plugs in. Guess Audi learned from that mistake. You might also want to check out this for your car. So far they don't have one for the B6 but I am sure if enough people will ask, the guy will code one for a B6. http://www.getste.com/
