Nope, wish i would have known that before I bought it there. I was told I wasn't "even allowed to touch it" before my stamp cleared.
When I asked why, since many other SOT's allow it, the asshole behind the counter told me "It's our rule, deal with it"

wow, talk about nice customer service. That's a little harsh in my opinion can't even touch it. Never have herd of this.
