The county attorney's office was considering criminal charges.

I understand they are deciding what to charge him with, to hopefully receive the maximum penatly. However ambushing the LE, there should be only one penalty Death. Oddly enough one of the laws that (IIRC) was included in the crime Bill of 94.

I think it's a poorly written sentence...

I'm going to go assume that by "considering" they mean "Figuring out just how many ways we can make his life suck" or "how many charges can we actually get him on."

In the article it says he's being held on 2nd Deg. Murder charges. If it was an ambush that shows that it was premeditated which "should" bump it up to 1st Deg. Murder.

So by "considering" I'm assuming they mean "figuring out what exactly to charge him with." That's just my take on it though.

I think they should beat him to death with a pillow case full of marbles in public, personally...

Considering what to charge him with? As in voltage, amperage, or both? http://www.cosportbikeclub.org/forums/images/smilies/sm-electric2.gif
