Buying a full Dillon 650 setup for Christmas

I remember someone saying that there was someone/someplace/a guy to go to for full package kits cheaper than on Dillon's site.

Where should I buy from? Looking for everything - I'm new to this (not really I did it many years ago but not on a Dillon) and need a complete setup.

There are so many people who buy & sell reloading equipment, here and other forums, you might be able to score used low mileage dies for a 20-40% savings.
CL is a treasure trove of dies and components, If you know what you are looking for. You do need to respond quick or it's gone!
