nice high profile shooting to get folks fired up again. democratic majority across the board. Of course this is going to be attempted. Laugh all you want but laws don't care if "High ammunition clip" is a stupid statement.
We'll just have to pay attention to what actually makes it to the floor and make our voice heard then. This is feeding frenzy time, no other side to block things. There have already been folks calling for all kinds of "revenue enhancement" as well.

What I took from the story is that they have a barrage of legislation being finalized for a push next year, not that they couldn't decide. ANd also that they see the gun lobby as at it's weakest right now. Looks pretty grim.
