The Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, adopted by the United Nations General Assembly on December 13, 2006, and signed by the United States of America on June 30, 2009 (the "Convention")

This thing really pisses me off. My brother is special needs, and granted he's 32, he'd be put on this F**KING list that the UN could come in and tell us how to manage his care. WTF, i'm done with Udall and that other cocksucker that we call senators. I'm so frign'n pissed off that we have 61 senators that support the f'ing UN. Thank goodness, we had 38 people who knew that the UN is the devils child.

rant/

One more thing, the ratification of this treaty would make the US also responsible for the world special needs folk. We, as a family have a hard enough time dealing with the seizures, and other medical hardships that come with this, I sure as shizzle don't want to pay for others and have the UN administer the care. Damn, almost forgot, it would also affect all the paper work that goes on in the schools, once I told my wife that, she changed her tone immediately. Damn, I could go on and on...

Did i mention i don't like our states current senators...

The Amendment is to bring the rest of the world up to US standards. It in no way would affect the US.

If you honestly believe that you need to do a lot more research on the subject. It has little to due with the rest of world coming to US standards, oh and yeah the US would be expected to contribute to those less fortunate countries. It's another global redistribution agenda from the UN, one world government.

They also want all disabled persons to be "registered" with the UN. What is disabled? Well we don't know, we need to pass it in order to know whats in it.

This means that the Federal government, acting under U.N. directions, can determine for all children with disabilities what is best for them. The second, the education provision of CRPD does not support the parental rights rules of past U.N. human rights treaties. Omission of these rules would potentially eradicate parental rights for the education of children with disabilities.

Only link I have hand right now. http://www.theblaze.com/stories/dont-let-the-language-fool-you-heres-why-conservatives-are-still-voicing-opposition-to-a-un-treaty-for-the-rights-of-persons-with-disabilities/

I don't see Bennett's name on the list. When I called his Washington office Monday his staffer had no idea of his stance on it.
Udall on the other hand was well aware and was planning a YaY vote. His staffer had no idea there was a provision in it that actually mandates when child with disabilities/special needs is born they are entered into a UN registry.
We have seen this before.
What could go wrong?

Thank god it did not pass.
When are people going to realize nothing good can come out of the US in the UN?
