LOL I have a headache from trying to read some of the comments. Public school have apparently failed in that town.
I don't have facebook, so had limited view. What is the issue? It sounds like the driver of the vehicle was 16 year-old black girl?

Yep. The comments paraphrased
Why didn't they shoot out the tires.
Why didn't they shoot out the engine
Damn cops, can't trust em.
She was just a kid.
And the other half telling the above that they're ignorant. That it was a good shoot, etc.
Hmm. Personally, I think they should have shot her in the gas pedal foot.

All I learned from that is there are a lot of middle school drop outs in that area.

Fixed that for you Kevin.
They shouldn't have shot at all. They should have run after the vehicle, popped the hood, and disabled the motor while in motion. If cops would stop eating so many donuts they would have been fast enough to both prevent that girl from running over the person in the driveway as well as prevent shooting that innocent baby. Cops today, just can't trust them.

Actually the attempt at stringing multiple letters together to form rudimentary words suggests that these are mostly high school graduates. Louisiana has an education system I refer to as "push the shit up". No child will be left behind. If they fail more than once they get promoted anyway.
It is also mandatory that you speak in the drivel expressed in the comments. If you do not you are outcast as a nerd, or racist, or uncle tom. So even the intelligent students end up speaking as though they are from the 9th ward, lest they shunned by their peers. Like I was.
Yes sadly my brother is a graduate of the fine institution of LSU. Pretty much every student that goes there goes for free. The poor kids who want to be cool and come over from Houston get RAPED on their tuition to make up for all of the freebies from in state.

Good call. I admit that I gave them too much credit.
It's hard to take someone's opinion seriously when they can't even string together a coherent enough sentence to voice it.
