Was the report of the trip pulled before it happened or after? If the report on the trip was pulled after the fact that seems shady, but if the initial report was just about her taking a trip I could understand why the White House would want that story pulled until she was safely home on US soil. While anyone is potentially at risk, the President's daughter is definitely a target.
