Came across this video on youtube. Watching a bunch of dogs get killed with their tails wagging really fucks with my night.... The fact that this happens then they dump them in the trash is horrible.

After watching it... It literally makes me want to shoot the people who are throwing the dogs into the box to gas them... I've seen animals die, I've seen humans die. But this shit is just wrong.

OK, I have no idea what the context of the video is - you haven't indicated what it is until now (though still vague).
If it's a bunch of dogs getting gassed at a humane society, I don't want to see that and I feel that most other folks won't either. What are we supposed to do with hundreds of thousands of unwanted dogs anyway? I don't have a solution to this problem.
If it's a bunch of dog fighting bastards gassing their losing dogs, I don't want to see that either, but I would see a tiny bit of justification for you posting it. Something tells me this is not the content of this video though.

It's not like it happens at the beginning. It's pretty clear from title on video, intro description, comments etc. Take some self responsibility for what you click on. There is a stop/back/close button y'know.
Gilpin, there is a partial answer. Spay/Neuter. Excessive breeders always a problem, reason why I've always gone for shelter type dogs. But too many people are proud to run around with unfixed pets. Knew a real white trash woman who would chase down random husky owners asking if they'd let their dog breed hers. (And of course sell the pups.)

The answer is, in general people suck and lack the ability to be responsible. It's no more complicated than that.
We have a rescue JRT that came off of "death row" in NM. Some lady called us and said she knew of a JRT about to be gassed. She was nice enough to pay the "fees" to remove the dog (which was pretty stupid considering they were just going to kill the dog anyway) and drove her to Cotopaxi where my wife met her and reimbursed her for the expenses and brought the dog home. Lola has been with us for 5 years and 2 days now.

I got my pup from the Colorado Canine Rescue. They pull dogs out of "kill" shelters and give them to foster homes until they are adopted. We payed $200 to adopt Ranger when he was 5 months old, and he came neutered and with all his shots. He's such a great dog, and it hurts to realize that this stuff actually happens.

I can't watch. I agree with the comment above, I could kill a human easier than a dog or animal. I have a real weakness to this type of story and won't even watch this stuff on the news. I love my pups more than most of my own "family" and would do anything in my power to stop someone from hurting a animal and have.

I love my dogs like my kids. When I have to make the decision for one of mine, I'm with them when they pass. I wouldn't have it any other way. I don't like it, but I owe it to them.
I second Bailey; most people are incapable of responsibility (hence our economic issues) and I wish I could figure out a way to force them to take responsibility for their laziness; but it'll never happen.
The more people I meet, the more I love my dogs. Most of mine have come from shelters. The ones that haven't, I've gotten from people who are looking for homes for them. I'll never buy a dog; there are far too many who already need homes. And we already have whatever the mark on our door it is that tells them that we're the welcome wagon.
No way in hell I'm watching this.
Sad video indeed. I know that when it's my boy's time I'll be there. I won't let him suffer in his old age either. He deserves that from me.
